Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to call you back: your name and mobile number. We never sell your details and we never share them outside Haya, except with the carer assigned to your family.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, and the care details you choose to tell us. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is stored with our care coordinator.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months. Care records are kept as required by Saudi regulation. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
