Terms of service

Care is agreed monthly. You can stop with two weeks' notice, and change your carer free of charge within 24 hours of a request.

Contracts

Monthly, renewable, with the price agreed in writing before care starts. The home visit and care plan are free.

If your carer is sick or on leave we send a briefed replacement within 24 hours. Carers are insured and supervised weekly.

Home care is delivered under our home care licence. Home nursing is delivered by Ministry of Health licensed nurses.
